FRP gas gathering pipeline


Product features:
1. Light-weighted, with high strength, it is convenient for transportation and installation.
2. With good corrosion resistance, it can transport acidic and alkaline gases.
3. With the added wear-resistant agent, it can transport acid and alkali gases with dust particles
4. With smooth inner wall and little flow resistance, it does not produce secondary noise pollution.
5. With pipe wall chamber, it has a good waterproof performance.
6. With the added flame retardants, in particular brominated flame retardant resin, its flame retardant grade can be up to B1.
7. Being anti-aging, it has a long service life of 20 years normally.

Notes:
1. FRP gas pipes are mostly overhead pipes. For pipe wall thickness listed in this table, theoretical values are calculated in accordance with a span of 4 meters. The specific wall thickness should be designed separately according to the actual situation of the project;
2. FRP gas pipelines are mostly for outdoor use. It is recommended that the design and procurement sides use gel coat for treatment of the outer surface, considering the aspect of anti-aging.
