The power battery HVAC project of Maanshan New Industrial Park, with a total area of 210,444.88 square meters, mainly includes combined air conditioning unit, ventilation system of rotary dehumidifier unit, fiber fabric composite insulation air duct system, fan coil, ceiling type fresh air treatment unit, BFU, high efficiency tuyere and dust removal equipment system. The total area of air ducts is about 130,000 square meters.
The project officially started on November 5, 2022, and the construction period requires 122 days, facing the situation of tight construction period, heavy task and large volume. Our company required BIM model design in all aspects of technology, and the use of fabricated finished product supports and hangers as support systems. The clean area air supply system adopted a new type of fiber fabric composite insulation air duct. This technology used a unique structural design, which can effectively reduce air resistance, improve air flow, improve air cleanliness, and reduce equipment maintenance costs.
Up to now, the project has completed the installation of HVAC main stainless steel duct and galvanized duct, is carrying out the installation of bag duct, riser, and air conditioning terminal equipment, the project team with high morale and passion, continued to promote the project construction. Our project invested more than 230 construction personnel racing against time to speed up the pace of construction, strive to achieve the target of the end of the unit installation by the end of March.
